Over the last 9 years, in the context of presenting the yearly update of the GOLD report, the GOLD International COPD Conference has been organized to address the most important advances in the field of COPD. The meeting gathers some of the top national and international leaders to address topics that the organizing committee recognizes as novel, timely and important for health care professionals caring for patients with COPD.
